future plans and Goals
Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County is in the process of raising capital to ramp-up production with the goal of building 3 new homes and completing 15 Critical Home Repair Projects per year in Franklin County.
Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County has also completed engineering studies and site plans for a 10-townhome community to be built in the near future. This community will allow us to more quickly and efficiently serve families in need in our community (Plans on the Right).
HfH of Franklin County also owns a 15-acre plot of land with the goal of building a future Habitat Community on the site. An engineering and feasibility study are yet to be completed on this land.
With the help of the community, we will be able to increase our production, construct the 10-townhouse community and expand our Critical Home Repair program. Through this increase in output, Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County strives to become the primary developer of affordable housing for all of Franklin County.
